Appeal Denied!

Glenn's appeal of his 5 day sentence for the reckless driving case was denied today. We don't know when he has to report to jail. The case might now go back to the original court to determine when he has to report to jail.

Glenn possibly picked up for disorderly conduct

Glenn was reported as being picked up by shoreline PD and released on a summons after being filmed outside the shelter he lives at by Patrick Connor. Frauditor Troll has Patricks video. The exact charge is unknown but I have requested the police report and bodycam footage.

Glenn takes a deal and appeal of reckless driving sentence continued

Tella Cline saw there was a surprise hearing for Glenn's Mukilteo Police Station trespass case on the calendar for today, so she hit the courthouse. We learned that Glenn signed a 2 year deferred prosecution agreement today. The exact terms of the agreement should be available tomorrow. We don't know how this will impact his other deferred prosecution agreements which might be revoked because of this offense. We will find out more about those on June 6.

There was also a hearing on Glenn's appeal of his reckless driving sentence on May 23 and the appeal was continued to 13th September 2022.

2nd Motion to dismiss Mukilteo Police Station trespass case

Glenn's attorney filed his 2nd motion to dismiss the trespass case at Mukilteo police station. There was a hearing on the motion today and the judge denied the motion.

Hearing on motion to dismiss Mukilteo police station trespass charge

There was a hearing on a pretrial motion to dismiss the charge on case 2A0061777. This is where Officer Ball asked Glenn to leave the Mukilteo police station on January 4, 2022 and he refused. In this motion, Glenn's attorney argued the following 1. There are no facts that establish Officer Ball's authority to trespass people from the police station. 2. Glenn has a liberty interest in having access to the police station lobby. 3. Glenn was denied procedural due process because he was not given the customary trespass form that defines the time and place boundaries of the trespass 4. The circumstances warranted a hearing to affirm or deny the validity of the trespass order before it can be enforced.
The judge denied the motion to dismiss.

Glenn Fails to appear for contested traffic infraction

Glenn contested the infraction he got on Jan 3rd 2022 from Office Gonzales for using his cell phone while driving. He was offered a mitigation by the prosecutor. He failed to appear so Glenn had to pay the maximum fine.

City of Everett motion to revoke deferred prosecution

Tella Cline and I were at Everett Municipal Court this morning for the review of the Citiy's motion to revoke his deferred prosecution because of Jan 4 2022 traffic stop (Officer Gonzales) and subsequent arrest at Mukilteo police station (Officer Ball).

Glenn was not present, only his attorney. The matter has been continued to Monday May 9 at which time, if the City of Everett wishes to proceed with the revocation, the court will hear the motion, even if Glenn has not been yet been convicted of anything from the Mukilteo charges (Jan 4 2022 traffic stop and police station visit). On May 9, if the city proceeds, Glenn is required to attend in person. On May 9, the city may instead agree to continue the matter until after the Mukilteo charges are heard in which case, Glenn wont be required to attend.

Court update on Glenn's Bellevue case of Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer

As we thought, the case was continued to June 6 to allow time for the trial of Glenn's tresspass case at Mukilteo police station from Jan 4th. That case is set for trial June 1st. Glenn was a no show at court today and his attorney told the court that Glenn couldn't be there because Glenn had started a new job. Depsite no Glenn, it was a fun morning with Tella Cline and Uncle Arty.

Glenn's appeal of the sentence for the reckless driving conviction has been continued to May 25, 2022. I've also added Glenn's criminal history from the Washington State Patrol which includes conviction information only and arrests less than one year old with dispositions pending.
