Glenn Fails to appear for contested traffic infraction

Glenn contested the infraction he got on Jan 3rd 2022 from Office Gonzales for using his cell phone while driving. He was offered a mitigation by the prosecutor. He failed to appear so Glenn had to pay the maximum fine.
