Glenn takes a deal and appeal of reckless driving sentence continued

Tella Cline saw there was a surprise hearing for Glenn's Mukilteo Police Station trespass case on the calendar for today, so she hit the courthouse. We learned that Glenn signed a 2 year deferred prosecution agreement today. The exact terms of the agreement should be available tomorrow. We don't know how this will impact his other deferred prosecution agreements which might be revoked because of this offense. We will find out more about those on June 6.

There was also a hearing on Glenn's appeal of his reckless driving sentence on May 23 and the appeal was continued to 13th September 2022.
