Hearing on motion to dismiss Mukilteo police station trespass charge

There was a hearing on a pretrial motion to dismiss the charge on case 2A0061777. This is where Officer Ball asked Glenn to leave the Mukilteo police station on January 4, 2022 and he refused. In this motion, Glenn's attorney argued the following 1. There are no facts that establish Officer Ball's authority to trespass people from the police station. 2. Glenn has a liberty interest in having access to the police station lobby. 3. Glenn was denied procedural due process because he was not given the customary trespass form that defines the time and place boundaries of the trespass 4. The circumstances warranted a hearing to affirm or deny the validity of the trespass order before it can be enforced.
